9D Breathwork Terms & Conditions

1. Participation and Responsibility

By participating in a 9D Breathwork session, you confirm that you are taking part voluntarily and accept full responsibility for your experience.

You understand that breathwork is a natural process, but that sessions may involve physical sensations and emotional responses.

2. Suitability

9D Breathwork may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical or psychological conditions.

These may include, but are not limited to:

  • cardiovascular conditions or high blood pressure

  • aneurysms

  • epilepsy or history of seizures

  • severe psychiatric conditions (including psychosis, paranoia or bipolar disorder)

  • osteoporosis

  • recent surgery

  • glaucoma

  • pregnancy

It may also not be suitable if you are currently experiencing an acute emotional or psychological crisis without appropriate support.

If you have asthma, you should bring your inhaler and consult your physician before participating.

This list is not exhaustive. If you are unsure about any condition, you are advised to consult a medical professional before taking part.

3. Waiver Requirement

All participants are required to complete a health and consent form prior to attending their first session.

You agree to provide accurate information and to inform the facilitator of any relevant changes to your health before future sessions.

4. Nature of the Session

9D Breathwork sessions are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric treatment.

The facilitator does not diagnose, treat or provide medical advice.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, participation in the session is at your own risk.

You agree to release Iryna Shemyakina from any liability for injury, loss or damage that may arise in connection with participation in the session.

6. Rescheduling and Attendance

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

In the event of a no-show or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances.
