About
I work with individuals and teams who want to create meaningful change — not by pushing harder, but by changing what drives their thoughts, behaviours and decisions.
The focus of my work is not on managing symptoms, but on addressing the underlying patterns that shape how you think, respond and experience life.
Background
My professional background is in law and finance, where I spent years working in structured, high-performance environments.
That experience shaped how I think and work — analytically, clearly and with a strong focus on outcomes.
It also means I understand the pressures, expectations and internal demands that often come with professional life.
Why This Work
During my time in corporate environments, I became increasingly aware that behind performance, decision-making and behaviour, there are deeper patterns at play.
How people respond under pressure, how they communicate, what drives their actions — these are rarely just rational or conscious.
That observation led me to explore approaches that work at a deeper level, beyond logic alone, and ultimately into the work I do today.
I have trained in a range of approaches that work with the subconscious and nervous system, including RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy), 9D Breathwork, and Compassionate Inquiry).
What I Do
My work focuses on helping clients create change at the level where patterns are formed.
This is often where overthinking, lack of clarity, emotional pressure or behaviours that don’t shift through logic alone originate — and where lasting change becomes possible.
I use structured techniques and guided processes to access and shift these patterns directly, rather than working only at the surface level.
How I Work
I approach every client individually.
My work is structured and practical, but always adapted to the person in front of me — their personality, their situation and what they need at that point.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach.
Clients often come to me because they want something deeper than surface-level tools, but without unnecessary complexity or abstract language.
Approach
I combine a clear, analytical way of thinking with a grounded, supportive approach.
This allows me to:
-
understand quickly what’s happening beneath the surface
-
communicate clearly and directly
-
create a space where clients feel both supported and appropriately challenged
Everything shared is treated with full confidentiality.
