1. Process and Expectations

You understand that listening to your personalised recording daily for a minimum of 30 days following the session is an essential part of the process and is as important as the session itself.

Change occurs at different paces. While some clients may experience noticeable shifts during or shortly after the session, it is more common for changes to develop gradually over the following weeks as the recording is used consistently.

There is no guarantee that a single session will fully resolve the presenting issue. While every effort is made to support effective and efficient outcomes, additional sessions may be required.

Where further sessions are needed, they are typically scheduled approximately one month apart and are paid for separately unless otherwise agreed as part of a package.

2. Payments and Refunds

All payments are non-refundable.

3. Rescheduling and Attendance

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice.

In the event of a no-show or rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice, the session may be forfeited, except in exceptional circumstances.

4. Confidentiality

All information shared during sessions is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except in the following circumstances:

​

• where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others

• where disclosure is required by law or regulation

​​

Session notes may be kept to record key themes, insights and agreed actions, in order to support continuity and progress.

​

Information may be used for educational or marketing purposes only in a fully anonymised manner, with no identifying details.
