That’s because most change efforts focus on conscious strategies, while the real drivers of behaviour often sit in the subconscious mind.

My work focuses on identifying and transforming those deeper patterns so change becomes natural rather than forced.

How We Work Together

Step 1 — Free Discovery Call

30-minute conversation to explore what’s going on and whether we are the right fit.

Step 2 — Deep Transformation Session

This is where we go beyond surface-level strategies and work directly with the subconscious patterns driving your thoughts, behaviours and emotional responses.

Depending on your needs, the session may include a combination of clinical hypnotherapy, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), coaching and other subconscious transformation techniques.

Goal: identify and transform the root cause of persistent patterns so change becomes natural rather than forced.

Step 3 — Integration & Coaching

Follow-up sessions may include coaching, integration work and practical strategies to help embed the changes.

Work With Me

If you’re looking for a more experiential approach, I also offer transformational breathwork sessions.

These can be done in person in Cyprus or online, depending on your preference and experience.
